Back On Track: Rams Stop 3-Game Skid, Defeat Carroll Of Ozark 12-6

VALLEY- On Friday, the Valley Football Rams (4-5) defeated Carroll Of Ozark 12-6 from Ram Stadium on Senior night, snapping a 3-game losing streak. The Rams were once again led by their stingy defense that gave the Eagles of Carroll Of Ozark very few scoring opportunities.

"It was a great win for our seniors to send them out on a winning note for their last home game. Defensively, I thought we played really well and tackled well", said Rams Head Football Coach Adam Hunter.

Valley's Izaya Robinson led the defense in tackles with six. Kenneth Stephens Jr., Robert White, and Cullen played outstandingly as well.

Valley, who has been bitten by the injury bug lately, turned to Jeremiah Patten, who was effective both with his arm and his legs.

"Jeremiah stepped up big for us tonight. He threw for a TD and ran for a TD to help us win the game", added Hunter.

Patten went 3 of 6 for 21 yards, and a touchdown throw to Ram Jamarious Martin. Patten also ran for 97 yards on twelve carries. Valley's Tylin Carell also pitched in with 87 yards on 21 carries.

Valley will close out the regular season on Friday against Benjamin Russell from Alexander City with a 8:00 pm EST. , 7:00 pm Cst. kick
