VALLEY- On Monday nights Valley Mayor and Council meeting, Valley Police Chief Mike Reynolds recognized Officer Ricky Spruill as Officer of the Quarter before the council as Spruill's family and friends looked on with pride.
Spruill, who has been with the Valley Police Department for four years displayed extraordinary service for the 3rd quarter of the year from April 1st through June 30th.
