Lanett Police Investigating Weekend Shooting, Asking For Publics Help



Lanett Police issued a press release on July, 6th, 2022 regarding a shooting last weekend.


"On July 1st, 2022, officers with the Lanett Police Department responded to a shooting at the intersection of Cherry Drive and North 14th Avenue, the entrance to the Old Jackson Heights Projects. While There, officers located a black male victim suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. He was transported to a local trauma center for medical treatment", said Lanett PD in a press release.
