Mrs. Alice Ramona Lee, 93, a resident of Lanett, AL passed away Monday, September 12, 2022, at her residence.
The family will receive friends at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Lanett on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM EST. A private family graveside will be held at Harmony Memorial Park in Lanett.
Mrs. Lee was born in Fredonia, AL on January 22, 1929. She enjoyed working in the yard, sewing, and quilting. She adored all of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was of the Presbyterian faith.
She is survived by her three children, Vickie King (Richard), Bobby Lee (Susan), & Teena Sorrell (Steven); five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert V. Lee, daughter, Linda Pearce, mother, Lillian Velma Bolt, brothers, Gene Boone, & Jack Boone; and a sister, Joan Wiggins.

Mrs. Linda S. Watson, age 79, of Valley, Alabama passed away at her residence on Sunday, September 11, 2022.
Linda was born on September 7, 1943, in West Point, Georgia to the late Richard Lyons and Jewell Cook Lyons. She was also preceded in death by her son Jeff Miles, sisters, Betty Ann Shirley and Martha Elsie Davis.
Mrs. Watson was a very family-oriented lady who loved her husband, her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She enjoyed reading, watching the University of Alabama football, caring for herself and all animals, and she enjoyed camping and fishing before her health declined.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years Ray Darvis Watson; daughter, Jennifer Ann Hitchcock (Ken); grandchildren, Brittany Stapleton (Ben), Leslie Kowalczyk (Adam), Jamie Hitchcock (Fiancé, Amber DeLosantos), Sheila Malone, Jeffrey “Bubba” Miles, Josh Miles (Star); great-grandchildren, Addie Stapleton, Emmalyn Stapleton, Kenley Stapleton, Adina Kowalczyk, Hunter Arndt (Samantha); numerous extended family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. EDT at the Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home chapel in Valley with interment following in Johnson Memorial Gardens. Her family will be receiving friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6:00 P.M. EDT until 8:00 P.M. EDT.
