LANETT- On Monday, the Learning and Growing Child Care Center began enrollment from their second location in Huguley. Co-Owners Buffie Jones and Harlee Crowder opened the first L&G location in August of 2020 in the old Salvation Army/ Designs R Us off Veterans Parkway in Lanett, and in less than two years have done it again by opening a second. That location will cater to the older children, while the first location handles the younger ones.
Buffie Jones and Crowder spoke to Gator Media regarding the second-day care, and the need for it in the community.
"This past week another dream became a reality. We just love that the Lord continues to bless us so that we can continue to serve our community", said Jones.
"The community desperately needed more child care. We have a waiting list a mile long at our first location, and we knew we needed a second location", said Crowder

The second location is located at 4116 28th Street SW. just off the Phillips Road in Lanett.
