Valley United Fund To Kickoff 2023 Valley Greater Campaign

VALLEY- On Wednesday, October 26th, the Valley United Fund will kick off their 2023 Campaign Ceremony from Valley Haven School beginning at 1 pm EST. The 2023 Campaign Goal is $50,000.


Valley United Fund supports great local agencies in the community including the following:


The BREAD BASKET is a supplemental food program for elderly Chambers County residents 60 years of age or older with limited resources.

The CHRISTIAN SERVICE CENTER assists citizens with food, clothing, and other material needs.

The CIRCLE OF CARE CENTER FOR FAMILIES provides a range of prevention and support services.

SAV-A-LIFE provides pregnancy testing, adoption referral through Life-line, abstinence teaching, and educational materials.

VALLEY HAVEN SCHOOL serves infants with developmental delays, physical or mental problems, and adults with mental developmental disabilities who are not eligible for other day program services.

REDEEMING GRACE MINISTRIES exists to train and equip people to live a life of everlasting recovery through Jesus Christ.

INTERFAITH FOOD CLOSET believes that access to nutritious food is a basic human right. We are committed to responding to the needs of our community through food distribution and support services. Therefore, we value respect, compassion, and honesty in all interactions and activities.

"This is one of the few times we as a community can be involved in truly supporting our community. This is a grassroots initiative with funding from local people that supports local people. Housing, food, and job training", said Valley United Fund President Michael Weiss.
