West Point Police invites the community to come out for National Night Out scheduled for Tuesday, August 2, 2022, beginning at 5:00 PM-8:00 PM at the John Hogg’s Park located at 1007 Avenue D, West Point, GA, 31833.
On Tuesday, August 2, 2022, neighborhoods are being invited to come together with thousands of communities nationwide for the “39th Annual National Night Out” (NNO) crime prevention event. National Night Out is designed to (1) heighten crime prevention awareness; (2) generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs; (3) strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; (4) send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and standing to fight back against crime.
From 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on August 2, 2022, the West Point Police Department, along with other volunteers from the public safety community, community organizations and businesses will come together to celebrate at 1007 Avenue D, West Point, GA, 31833 (the John Hogg’s Park).
